Rooms are very small but service and location was great. Lots of amenities in the lobby and coin-operated laundry services. Staff bring fresh towels, water, and eye masks daily and leave in a bag by your door. Great having 7-Eleven attached to the hotel. Breakfast was a standout!!

Thought the room was perfect for what it was needed for. I usually travel on my own so size isn't an issue. The room I was in was perfect for one person but may be a little on the cramped side for 2. Not much room to store large luggage would be my only gripe but aware space is at a premium. Great location with easy access to pretty much anywhere you would want to go in Tokyo/Japan. Also loved the added touch of the pyjamas they provide each day. There is also a 24 hr 7/11 attached to the hotel that can be accessed directly with your key card for the extra convenience.

The hotel's cleanliness met expectations, ensuring a hygienic stay. However, the relatively small room size may impact comfort. The additional $40 AUD charge for a 2-hour early check-in, especially considering illness, seems a bit steep. While cleanliness is a strong suit, the extra charge and limited flexibility may leave some guests wanting more hospitality and understanding in such situations.

Not returning: 1. Weak/No wifi: Can’t even open map apps to search for locations. I talked to the staff to see if something they can do but got nothing. 2. Early checkout time: Nothing wrong as they stated on the website but an early 10am check out policy is a bit rare. Not as flexible as they charge extra 2000yen every hour late. There are many other options have a more standard check out time at 11pm. Overall room is clean, location is fine.

Small yet comfortable and very clean rooms, slept well as didn't hear noise from the street or other rooms. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location if you want to be in Ginza.

Among 3stars hotel in Tokyo, strongly recommend. Good location, well spaced room - feel larger than same size room, excellent shower, service all good. I will stay here again for next visit.
